As we mentioned, we are a professional manufacturer to customize product about silicone rubber. Most of molds are assets for client. Only few of public models (ex. silicone pads, silicone necklace, and silicone bracelet) are available for sale. We have silicone pads about width 30cm x 30cm, and thickness from 0.5mm to 3mm. If you want to lower the cost, you could buy the silicone pad, and use the knife cut to cut the shape that you want. After cutting the silicone pad, you also could get printing, PU coating or surface treatment on silicone pad.In addition, We have three sizes of silicone bracelets such as 55mm, 65mm and 70mm. The thickness of bracelet is 2mm. In our suggestion, 55mm is suitable for women and 65mm fits to men. The biggest size of silicone bracelet could be worn on ankle. Our silicone bracelet appearance is minimalist. If you want to add customized logo on it, you just need to pay amount of printing fees. This product is particularly adapted to occasion and promotion activities. The diameter of our silicone necklace is 115mm. Silicone product could withstand -40°C to 250°C; rubber could withstand -20°C to 100°C generally. According to different materials, rubber has different temperature resistance. Some rubber could withstand higher temperature such as FKM may undergo 200°C. Silicone has better heat resistance than rubber. The maximum of our machine is 250 tons. Therefore, the size of products may be limited to less than 450 x 450 x 100mm. Most of silicone products could be designed under the size what we could manufacture. If the product is out of this range, we recommend to split or assembly to solve the problem. Read More
